By visiting the Argosy University Online Programs web site, you agree to accept these Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice. Site Usage Argosy University offers its enrolled students a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its content; nor any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of documents for the benefit of another merchant or educational provider; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Argosy University. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Argosy University name or trademarks. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Argosy University. Electronic Communications When you send emails to Argosy University, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive return communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. School provided student email accounts are deleted when a student has been in an inactive status with the school for a period of six months. In addition email accounts that are inactive for six months are deleted. Graduates may keep their gmail accounts indefinitely. Access will remain available for graduates through the student portal. Comments, Communications And Content Contributions Enrolled students may post comments, participate in online surveys and other online activities and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation or any form of "spam." Argosy University reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, and does not regularly review posted content. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Argosy University and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and display such content throughout the world in any media. You hereby grant to Education Management Corporation (EDMC)(the parent company of Argosy University) and to those whom it may authorize the right to use a reproduction of your artwork (with or without your name), to reproduce, distribute, and display-publicly, including on the Internet-artwork, statements and quotes and to prepare derivative works. You understand that EDMC is not responsible for unauthorized duplication/use by third parties on the Internet. You certify that any electronic communication and its attachments, you submit to Argosy University is yours alone and that you have the sole right to such work and its distribution, reproduction and electronic submission to Argosy University for its use.
