How do I contact my professor?
Your instructor's preferred contact method will be listed on his or her syllabus. If you have trouble locating the syllabus for your course, please contact your Student Services department, Academic Advisor, or Program Chair.
My password doesn't work. What should I do?
For accessing Student Link or your student email account, please contact your Student Services department. For online courses, contact the eCollege help desk at 877-872-8869 or helpdesk@myeclassonline.com
How do I order my textbooks?
When should I expect to receive grades?
Grades are due from faculty one week after the end of the session. The registrar processes grades as they are received from faculty.
How can I view my grades?
The best way is through Student Link. If you need assistance with your username and password for Student Link, please contact your Student Services department for assistance.
I've completed coursework elsewhere. May I transfer that coursework into my program here?
You may be eligible to do this. Refer to the course transfer policies in the 2007-2008 Academic Catalog or visit the Student Services department for information about your eligibility. If after this review process you believe transfer credit is an option for you, obtain and submit a Transfer Credit Request form to Student Services.
How do I get a transcript?
Official transcripts may be obtained by filling out a transcript request form and and submitting it to the registrar.
Is there health insurance available for Argosy University students?
Yes. You can learn more by accessing this information: https://secure.visit-aci.com/au/default.asp?c=au. Click "Review Benefits." When prompted to accept or decline the terms or conditions you will also see an icon that says "Brochures." Click this icon to learn about the health insurance options available to you.
If the class I am interested in is closed, what are my options?
Student Services does not permit students to register for closed courses, but you may waitlist for the course. To waitlist a course, please visit Student Link. Faculty may not allow any student entry into their closed courses, only the department head or assistant department head may grant permission for entry into a closed course.
How do I know I'm picking the right sources for my research paper?
Where can I find graduation announcements and a list of degree recipients for commencement?

Where can I get assistance logging into my online courses?
Please contact the Ecollege Help Desk. They are available 24 hours a day and seven days per week. The Help Desk can be reached via email at argosyhelpdesk@ecollege.com or by phone at 866-481-5562.
Who should I contact if I want to transfer from one Argosy campus to another campus?
Please contact the Student Services department at the Argosy campus you want to transfer to.
Is a monthly payment plan available for tuition costs?
Yes. Students make tuition payments in equal installments, due on the fifteenth of each month, over the course of the semester. According to this plan, the first payment is due the fifteenth of the month prior to the beginning or the semester.
Are Counseling Services available?
Counseling services are available at some campuses. Argosy University is committed to assisting students in integrating the many aspects of their lives while supporting personal growth and development. Services include short-term counseling, consultation, and referral to community agencies. Local referral lists may be available at campuses that do not provide counseling services.
If I relocate, will I be able to transfer to another Argosy University campus?
If you decide to transfer to another school within Argosy University, not all of the credits you earned at your current location may be transferable into the new Argosy location due to varying state requirements. Programs offered by one school within Argosy University may be similar to but not identical to programs offered at another school within the University. This is due to differences imposed by state law, use of different instructional models, and local employer needs.
