How do I apply for my GI Bill®?
- You can apply for the GI Bill® by filling out the VA forms at https://www.ebenefits.va.gov. You will complete VA form 22-1990 if you are applying for the first time and form 22-1995
if you are transferring your benefits from another institution.
Does Argosy University participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program?
- Argosy University Programs is proud to participate in the Post 9/11 GI Bill®'s "Yellow Ribbon" program. Depending on your benefit eligibility, you may find that you will be able to attend (brand)
without incurring any out-of-pocket expense for tuition. Contact your military Student Finance Counselor for more details.
What do I do if I used my GI Bill® at another institution?
If I am deployed or transferred, will I be able to continue my education later?
- We understand that military personnel are frequently deployed or transferred. If sudden deployments, relocations, or training missions interrupt your education, our military leave of absence
policy allows you to take time off without financial or academic penalty when you provide your orders reflecting training or deployment dates. When your mission is complete, your
academic and finance advisors are there to assist you in re-entering back into your program.
What are my educational options if I have to relocate?
- We understand that military personnel and their families frequently relocate. If sudden relocations interrupt your education, our military leave of absence policy allows
you to take time off without financial or academic penalty. Contact your academic counselor and provide them with documentation, if necessary. When you are ready to return to your studies,
your academic and finance counselors are there to assist you in re-entering back into your program.
