Argosy University has announced the appointment of Michael Falotico, Psy.D. to the position of President of the Chicago campus.
As President of Argosy University, Chicago, Falotico will ensure academic quality, operational effectiveness, human resource development, and the growth of the campus while participating in the development and execution of Argosy University’s vision and strategic directions.
“I am very pleased to assume the role as Argosy University, Chicago’s president,” said Falotico. “I am looking forward to the new responsibilities and learning experiences ahead, while providing strong and active leadership to the campus so that students continue to receive the quality education they come to expect at our University.”
Falotico has an extensive record of leadership positions within Argosy University. He joined Argosy University in 2005 as Chair of the Undergraduate Studies, then later chaired the Organizational Leadership and Graduate Business programs, helping to developing new curricula and ensuring program compliance with university, state, and accreditation policies and requirements. During this time, Falotico also served as program director for Argosy University Online programs. In 2007, he was named the University’s Vice President of Academic Operations and Student Services, developing best practices across academic and student services for all of Argosy University’s campuses.
Prior to joining Argosy University, Falotico served as a practicing clinical therapist with the Illinois Department of Human Services.
He holds a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, both from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.
