Argosy University Employee Named Vice President of Colorado Advisory Council on Military Education

(Denver, Colo. – August 8, 2013)   Argosy University Business Development Manager for Military, John Evans, has been selected as the Vice President for the Colorado Advisory Council on Military Education (CO-ACME).

The mission of the CO-ACME is to promote, support, and deliver meaningful education within all branches of the Armed Services, encouraging education institutions to be innovative and flexible in meeting their education needs.

Evans, a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer and 24-year Navy Submarine Veteran, utilizes his own military experience to help service members advance their education through Argosy University. “I look forward to working closely with CO-ACME to ensure that our military service members and their families have access to quality education that helps to advance their careers and their lives,” says Evans.

The university, with 28 campus locations in 13 states and online, is a private, accredited academic institution dedicated to providing undergraduate and graduate degree programs to students through its eight colleges: Clinical Psychology, Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, Business, Education, Health Sciences, Undergraduate Studies, The Art Institute of California and Western State College of Law.
