Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area Presents at Decision Science Institute Conference

(ALAMEDA, Calif. – June 4, 2012)   Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area doctoral student Joshua Rosenthal has been published by and presented for the Decision Science Institute (DSI). Rosenthal, a student in the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at the campus, presented a paper on “Identifying Problem Employees” at the DSI Western Region Conference.

DSI is a professional organization of academicians and practitioners interested in the application of quantitative and behavioral methods to the problems of society. Through national, international and regional conferences, competitions, and publications, the Institute provides an international forum for presenting and sharing research in the study of decision processes across disciplines. The Institute also plays a vital role in the academic community by offering professional development activities and job placement services.

“I was honored to be chosen by DSI to share my research and model to help leaders and managers identify and hopefully rehab their problem employees before termination. I was especially honored to have been able to present among prominent faculty from renowned institutions from around the world,” says Rosenthal.
