A significant challenge facing today’s P-12 schools is how to educate children with diverse needs.
If you are a general classroom teacher, a teacher’s aide, or a person who works to support the learning of students and want to build upon your knowledge and expertise, Argosy University’s Curriculum and Instruction programs are for you.
This program prepares educators as change agents and leaders in the P-12 setting who engage actively in their communities, using appropriate pedagogy and technology to foster the development of global citizens.
Throughout this Curriculum and Instruction program, students complete field experiences in their schools. These field experiences are designed to weave together what they learn in their coursework with what they do in their classrooms to support and improve student learning. This program does not lead to certification or credential endorsement.
Only campuses in Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, and Utah offer programs that lead to teacher, administrator, or school psychologist certification, licensure, or endorsement in any State in the United States.
With the exception of the MAED in Educational Administration (in a limited number of states), the programs, offered through Argosy University, Online Programs DO NOT lead to teacher or administrator certification, licensure, or endorsement in any State in the United States, regardless of the State in which the student resides.
