Industrial Organizational Psychology

The Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology program (MAIO) equips students with the knowledge of industrial organizational psychology they need to apply to issues involving individuals and groups in organizational and work settings. This Industrial Organizational Psychology program prepares students for careers in areas such as compensation, training, data analysis, consultation, statistical decision making, organizational development, leadership, and human resource management positions.
