The Organizational Leadership degree programs focus on the qualities of transformational leadership, enabling faculty members to dedicate themselves to preparing students to lead complex organizations faced with an abundance of strategic challenges — including increasing globalization, changing economies, societal shifts, and individual-organizational relationships. The Organizational Leadership programs are designed to prepare students in interpersonal skills central to broad leadership and management duties across a range of industries and disciplines.
