Biography

Maylin Griffiths, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Psychology faculty member at the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University (ASPP). Dr. Griffiths received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, San Diego.  Dr. Griffiths completed an APA predoctoral internship at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the San Diego Center for Children in the Behavioral Health Assessment Center.  Dr. Griffiths has worked as the Program Psychologist at the San Diego Center for Children and Supervising Psychologist at Rady Children’s Hospital.  Prior to joining the faculty at ASPP, Dr. Griffiths had a private practice providing therapy and psychological assessments to children and families.  In addition, Dr. Griffiths has been a vendor to the San Diego Regional Center providing developmental assessments for children and young adults.  Her research interests include childhood resiliency, character development, and social and emotional intelligence.
