Argosy Assessment And Intervention Clinic At Argosy University
This posting serves as public notice that the Argosy Assessment and Intervention Clinic (formerly the Argosy Assessment Clinic) and the Intensive Clinic at Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area are closing their doors on December 18, 2018. Medical records for current and past clients will be relocated to the Argosy University Therapeutic Assessment and Psychological Services (AUTAPS) clinic at Argosy University, Orange County, located at 3601 West Sunflower Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92704; phone: 714-620-3810; email: AUTAPS@gmail.com.
Records will be retained, as per California law, for seven years for patients seen as adults and for seven years after patients seen under the age of 18 turn 18. Patients needing access to their records should email AUTAPS@gmail.com.
AUTAPS charges $25 for a copy of records and requires proof of identification to obtain those records.
The Argosy Assessment and Intervention Clinic (AAIC) is dedicated to training the next generation of mental health professionals in the areas of psychological assessment and clinical service, with practices informed by psychological science, theory, and research.
