About the Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) Degree at Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area
The Master of Science in Human Resource Management Degree is a 30 credit hour program, accredited by Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP)*. The program teaches students to address an organization’s human resources needs, including recruitment, selection, and development; compensation and benefits; employee relations; and the long-term strategic human resource needs of an organization. The program also focuses on the ethical management of people in an increasingly diverse world.

Scheduled to enable busy professionals to balance the demands of career, family, and school, most coursework is offered in both blended and online formats. Campus classes are conducted at our Alameda campus. The program can be completed in as little as 5 semesters.

Program students can participate in special projects, case studies, and competitions. They may also perform complimentary business consulting for local businesses.
