This webinar is intended to provide
prospective students with an introduction to the field of neuropsychology.
Topics include: a discussion of coursework related to the neuropsychology
concentration, training opportunities, and career outcomes. The neuropsychology
concentration at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy
University | Chicago offers pre-doctoral training that is in accordance with the
guidelines set forth by the Houston Conference.
This webinar will be presented by Dr. Andrew Suth, along with two advanced
students in the neuropsychology concentration. Dr. Suth is the coordinator for
the Argosy University Study Abroad programs and a member of the Neuropsychology and
Psychoanalytic concentration. He is interested in mourning and loss, life-span
development, clinical treatment issues, theoretical underpinnings of
psychology, and psychodynamic and contemporary psychoanalytic theory. Dr. Suth
also teaches courses on Cognitive Assessment, Personality Assessment and
Neuropsychology. Dr. Suth has his A.B. from Brown University, and M.A. and
Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and a post-doctoral certificate in Neuropsychology
from Fielding Institute. He maintains a private practice in Chicago for
psychotherapy and assessment.
