Argosy University, Online Programs Celebrates Employees’ Creativity

Argosy University, Online Programs recently celebrated creativity with an event to showcase the artists, designers, writers, and musicians among the school’s employees. The event also promoted relationships, teamwork, and a culture of respect, and included:

  • Artist Showcase – A total of 12 creative individuals from the admissions, academics, and student finance department were highlighted for their talents.  For two afternoons, artwork from three artists and two photographers was put on display for everyone to enjoy.  One musician had a live performance, another musician gave a presentation on how music has impacted his life, and two writers did readings.
  • Collaborative Art – Each team was provided with various art supplies and 45 minutes to create a work of art together.  There was no theme—they could create whatever they wished. Each teams’ creations were placed on display for everyone to view at a recognition meeting. The top three, as selected by a panel of judges, were recognized.
  • Family Art – With a theme of “Fun as a Family,” staff members were invited to bring in their children’s art to be displayed on main wall in the building.  Participating children received a certificate of appreciation.
  • Art Supply Drive – Staff donated a total of 266 art supply items for donation to Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona.

Programs, credential levels, technology, and scheduling options vary by school and are subject to change. Not all online programs are available to residents of all U.S. states.
