Argosy University presents the next installment of its popular business series, “Fake ‘Work’: How to turn it around in the workplace with strategy, alignment, and execution,” with Brent Peterson. The event is offered at no charge and will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, from 3:00 to 5:30 pm at the university’s Arlington campus, located at 1550 Wilson Blvd, Ste. 600 in Arlington. Advanced registration is required as seating is limited.
“This presentation is about work,” says speaker Brent Peterson, Principal of The Work Itself and Co-author of Fake “Work.” “Specifically, how to do effective work that guides individuals and organizations to achieve results. This may seem simple, but the truth is, organizations are plagued by Fake “Work”; work that drains companies of dollars and employee morale. This presentation focuses on the discovery of the Fake “Work” problem and then aligning individuals and teams to execute on organizational strategy.
