Argosy University, Washington DC Graduates 100th Intern

ARLINGTON, VA (Nov. 26, 2012) - The Mid Atlantic Internship Consortium (MAIC) of the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Washington DC graduated its 100th clinical psychology intern last month in a campus ceremony and celebration.

MAIC is a member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC), an organization which assists psychology graduate students seeking quality internship and postdoctoral training and assists psychology training programs to find the highest quality applicants.

Under the leadership of Consortium Director Dr. Gayle Norbury, the campus celebrated the achievement with the interns and friends and family of the graduates who participated in the event. “In addition to celebrating our 100th intern, this fall begins the seventh year of MAIC at our campus with 20 interns placed at 12 sites dedicated to excellence in training our doctoral students in the practice of clinical psychology,” says Campus President Dr. David Erekson.
