Atlanta Instructors Present Seminar on Fostering Graduate Level Student Success

Dr. Victoria Landu-Adams and Dr. Jeannette Dubyak, faculty members at Argosy University, Atlanta, recently presented a seminar to the school’s faculty, staff and administration on “Fostering Graduate Level Student Success.”

The presentation was based on current research and best practices related to retention of graduate level students. The instructors discussed strategies including how to ease student anxiety in a variety of situations and how to utilize high-quality dynamic teaching to increase student satisfaction.

Dr. Landu-Adams and Dr. Jeannette Dubyak have been approved to present this seminar at a professional conference. The seminar is based on a paper entitled: Fostering Graduate Level Student Success: What Research Says and How to Apply it in the Classroom.” The paper was accepted for presentation at the 20th World Multi-Conference on Systemic, Cybernetics, and Informatics 2016 in Orlando, Florida, from July 5-8, 2016.
