Argosy University, Chicago hosted an Entrepreneurship Expo on Wednesday, April 5th from 11am – 2pm. At the event, small business owners showcased their companies, networked with fellow entrepreneurs, and educated students about developing an organization. Vince Williams from the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce will be a featured speaker.
Argosy University, Chicago instructors Dr. John Palmer and Dr. Abdullah Alshboul were on hand for the event. John Palmer, PhD, chair, Graduate School of Business and Management, recently served on an Entrepreneurship panel for the Career Conference and Transfer Expo at the College of DuPage. Much of Palmer’s work has focused on strategy formulation in entrepreneurial firms, innovation, and performance in small firms and was the subject of the discussion
Dr. Abdullah Alshboul earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Information Systems from Argosy University, Chicago in 2009. He is currently serves as an assistant professor for the Graduate School of Business & Management. Dr. Alshboul has over 20 years of experience in large-size corporations and educational institutions in the United States and Europe.
