Chicago Grad and Instructor Cain Honored with Equus Film Festival Award

Dr. Susan Cain, adjunct faculty member and 2009 Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership graduate of Argosy University, Chicago graduate has been honored by the Equus Film Festival for her book, Horse Sense for Leaders, written with Debbie Roberts-Loucks. The book discusses the importance of building trust-based relationships that allow for an easy transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

 

Horse Sense for Leaders features the work of “Horse Whisperer” Monty Roberts, author of the New York Times bestseller The Man Who Listens to Horses.  It also blends Robert's work as a world leader of non-violent horse training with current research on the value of being a trust-based leader.
