Neal S. Rubin, PhD, ABPP, professor and university scholar at Argosy University, Chicago was re-elected for three-year term to the American Psychological Association (APA) Council of Representatives. This is Rubin’s second term. He was re-elected by the membership of the APA Division of International Psychology (52).
The Council of Representatives is the legislative body of APA. It has authority over the affairs and funds of the association, including the power to review the actions of any board, committee, division or affiliated organization.
The council is made up of representatives of divisions, representatives of state, provincial and territorial psychological associations, and the organization’s board of directors.
