Argosy University, Dallas announces the appointment of Debra Logan, Ph.D., RN, as the school’s chair of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program. Prior to joining the university, Logan served as Chair of the Division of Nursing and Health Sciences, Director of Nursing Education and Salina Regional Health Center Endowed Chair at Kansas Wesleyan University Salina, Kansas. Previously, she held roles as nurse scientist, nursing administrator, campus dean of nursing, clinical education specialist, staff registered nurse, instructional designer, consultant, director of education, education coordinator, clinical education specialist, coordinator, and staff nurse.
Logan holds licensure in the states of Texas and Kansas, and is a member of the Kansas Association of Colleges and Nursing, Kansas Coalition of Colleges of Nursing, Kansas Action Coalition, Kansas Organization of Nurse Leaders and the National League of Nursing. Logan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Wichita State University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
