Dr. Gary Howell, associate professor and director of practicum training at the Florida School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, was elected to the Committee of State Leaders (CSL) as the 2018 Diversity Liaison-Elect. In 2019, he will serve as the Diversity Liaison to CSL.

CSL members are selected by Practice Leadership Conference participants.

All members volunteer to serve on the Committee of State Leaders and make themselves available for committee business during the course of the year.
