Dr. Hillary Wildt and Dr. Sandra Zakowski, in collaboration with doctors from Cure Hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan, recently published the research article "War Trauma, Psychological Distress, and Coping Among Afghan Civilians Seeking Primary Health Care.” The article may be found in the current issue of the American Psychological Association's (Division of International Psychology) journal International Perspectives in Psychology: Research, Practice, Consultation (Vol. 6, No. 2, pp. 81-100).
In 2015, Dr. Wildt earned a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University | Chicago. Dr. Zakowski, an instructor at the school, served as Dr. Wildt’s clinical research project (CRP) chair. Dr. Wildt is also a previous recipient of Argosy University, Chicago's Outstanding CRP Award presented yearly at our fall convocation ceremony.
