Helps Companies Increase Employee Performance and Productivity

Diane S. Bogino has almost three decades of experience working as a coach, behavioral scientist, and entrepreneur. She believes that a successful team is built upon first addressing the team as a unit, then placing a focus on each team member’s individual needs.

Diane is the president and founder of Performance Strategies, Inc. She helps companies by performing assessments, coaching, and training that addresses issues with performance management, hiring, behaviors, and personal and professional development. Her work helps teams to increase performance and productivity in industries from banking and education to manufacturing and medicine.

She states that by allowing individual team members to achieve a true understanding of themselves, they see how their particular behavioral combinations forge the team into a high performing unit. Diane utilizes an engaging style and unique questioning technique to provide teams with guidance, insight, effective feedback, encouragement, and accountability. Her experience is based on real, hands on experience and being a continuous learner. She’s been published in “HR News Magazine,” is the author of five books, and writes for two blogs.

Diane decided to pursue her Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University, Atlanta, because she noted that others in the industry with a Master’s degree seem to achieve a higher success level. She graduated in 2013. “[My] masters degree has given me credibility and confidence,” she says.

Diane’s professional memberships include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as Gwinnett and National and Georgia Speakers Association (NSA)—where she’s served as the local chapter as VP of Membership, VP of Finance and President. She’s a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and Leaders Coaching Leaders (LCL) coach and facilitator. Diane is the co-founder of two of Atlanta’s longest surviving and most popular restaurants, Provino’s and Scalini’s Italian Restaurants.
