Zachary Rapport, department chair and assistant professor, College of Counseling, Psychology, and Social Sciences at Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area recently published an article in the International Journal of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy.
The article, titled “An Exercise to Teach People About the Habits,” is focused on teach people about what Rapport calls the 7 deadly habits. Rapports writes about an exercise that coaches focusing on one habit at a time.
According to the article abstract, “Trainees repeat the definition then come-up with real-life examples of situations during which other people used a habit on them and vice versa. As a result of doing this exercise, students connect the habits to their own personal experiences.”
