Dr. Joffrey S. Suprina, dean of the College of Counseling, Psychology, and Social Sciences (COCPSS) at Argosy University, was recently quoted in a Storagevault.com blog about productivity. Dr. Suprina stated in the story, “if we are going to remain productive, we really need to encourage more work/leisure balance.
“If we continue to push ourselves and our workforce with chronic high demand, we will have a chronically ill workforce.” Dr. Suprina was one of eight experts who revealed productivity tips for the story.
