Seattle faculty member and student present at Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality

Argosy University, Seattle adjunct professor, Dr. David Moore and Doctor of Education in Counseling Psychology student Anna Parks will present at the 2016 Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality (SSSS) annual meeting in Phoenix, Arizona in November 2016.


Moore and Parks will present a poster on the Scientific Study of Pansexuality at the conference. In addition, Moore will participate in a track presentation titled “The Peer Recovery Support Services Program: Regaining Sexual Health after Childhood Sexual Traumas.”


SSSS is an international organization dedicated to the advancement of knowledge about sexuality. It is the oldest organization of professionals interested in the study of sexuality in the United States. SSSS brings together an interdisciplinary group of professionals who believe in the importance of both the production of quality research and the clinical, educational, and social applications of research related to all aspects of sexuality.


Dr. Moore is a licensed psychologist and chemical dependency professional.
