Psychology Virtual Conference Registration Now Open to Students
Registration is now open for the Fall 2013 Virtual Psychology Research Conference hosted by Argosy University.
The conference is to be held Friday, November 8, 2013, from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET and is open to graduate students, undergraduate students, recent alumni and faculty affiliated with the College of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences at Argosy University.
Both online students and students from our campus locations are invited to attend.
The conference will feature two keynote addresses, and current research by five graduate students. All attendees will be entered in 6 drawings for Argosy University prizes!

12:00 PM: Welcome from Dr. Collins-Jones, Assistant Dean of the College of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences
12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Presentation by faculty member Dr. Cindy Edins:
Animal Assisted Therapy Calms Distress Issues in Consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Poster sessions - Five Argosy University graduate students will present their doctoral research.
Listen to a brief (10 minute) presentation and then interact with the presenters.
2:00 PM - 2:45 PM: Presentation by faculty member Dr. Laura Freberg:
Q-Sorting to Capture First Impressions: Psychopaths, CEOs, and Generals, Oh My!
2:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Closing remarks by Dr. Collins-Jones
