Showcase Your Research at the Virtual Psychology Conference!
Argosy University, Online Programs announces our Fall 2013 Virtual Psychology Research Conference to be held November 8, 2013.
This popular semi-annual conference welcomes students, recent graduates and faculty from the College of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences and is the place to showcase your dissertation work or present your research to others!
Share your research, knowledge, experience and lessons learned with other students and faculty, who - like you - are passionate about advancing the understanding and application of psychological principles.

IMPORTANT DATES
Date of the Virtual Conference: November 8, 2013, Noon-3p.m. ET
Proposal submission deadline: October 3, 2013
Submitting presenters notified of decision: October 7, 2013
SUBMISSION CRITERIA
We are asking for a 15-minute single-slide poster presentation. Given the condensed time for your presentation, you will be asked to briefly introduce your area of interest, research questions and methodology. Largely, your presentation should focus on the main results and implications of your research.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Don’t miss this opportunity! To submit your research for consideration to be included in the conference, email your abstract to Dr. Nancy Aragon at Naragon@argosy.edu by October 3, 2013.
SUBMISSION REVIEW AND SELECTION
Submissions will be reviewed by members of the conference planning committee and members of the Argosy University, Online Programs psychology faculty. Submissions will be evaluated based on these criteria:
• Relevance to the fields of psychology, counseling, and/or pastoral community counseling.
• Potential for engaging participants in substantive discussions.
• Clarity of writing.
If your submission is selected to be included, we will provide you with a slide template and a training session prior to the actual conference to acclimate you to the virtual conference environment.
